Kyle holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Masters degree in Taxation. He is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Kyle has worked extensively in the corporate sector. He spent several years with two big six accounting firms, a large Public Telecommunications equipment manufacturer and a large local CPA firm.

Kyle practices in tax consultation with a concentration in the following areas:

Corporate / Small Business Tax, with an emphasis on S-Corporations and LLCs
Taxation for Investors, such as the Trader Status Election
Business Start Up / Forecasts and Projections
IRS Representation and Negotiation
